I calculate the applied force with the second law of dinamics:

F=m*a

a=Δv/Δt = 3/3 = 1 m/s^2

F=30*1=30N

force F =  mass times acceleration 

F = 30*ΔV/Δt = 30*(3-0)/(3-0) = 30 N

acceleration : a = (3 - 0)/3 m/s^2 = 1 m/s^2

force : F = m a = 30 Kg * 1 m/s^2 = 30 N

Force: (second law of dynamics):
