a) Date due cariche $q_{1}=3 \mu \mathrm{C}$ e $q_{2}=5 \mu \mathrm{C}$ poste alla distanza di $18 \mathrm{~cm},$ determina l'intensità del campo elettrico nel punto medio del segmento che unisce le cariche.
b) Come cambia il campo se si sostituisce la carica $q_{2}$ con una carica $q_{3}=-5 \mu \mathrm{C} ?$
