Posto ca = x, cb = x + 7, h = x + 3
(x + 3)^2 = x*(x + 7)
x^2 + 6x + 9 = x^2 + 7x
7x - 6x = 9 cm
x = 9 cm
cb = (9 + 7) cm = 16 cm
h = (3 + 9) cm = 12 cm
S = (16 + 9)/2 * 12 cm^2 = 25*6 cm^2 = 150 cm^2
